The Jackson Project is a 501(c)(3) public charity formed in the State of Texas in 2014 in honor of Jackson, “J-bird”, Wallace who fought a fatal form of Leukodystrophy called Krabbe Disease.
The organization aims to educate and raise awareness about Krabbe and the critical role of newborn screening, support families affected by Leukodystrophy, and contribute to research aimed at improving treatment options and improved outcomes for those affected.
